I am writing from the National Transport Authority to ask for your members help to provide feedback on how accessible they find the public transport system in their own area under normal circumstances.

The NTA operate the public transport system by contracts with Dublin Bus, Bus Eireann, Irish Rail, Luas, Go Ahead and Local Link. They also provide licences to taxi’s and private buses and coaches.

Would you mind distributing this link to a survey on Accessibility on Public Transport https://www.transportforireland.ie/getting-around/accessible-travel-information/

to all your members please as each county has different experiences and it is important for the NTA to hear people’s views and concerns?

It is understood that people generally do not like filling in surveys but I would really appreciate it if your members would mind taking the time to fill it out online or by emailing or posting them before December 31, 2020.

There are three ways you can complete the survey:

1. You can fill in the survey online https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=ouf4PNwQgUGj8N_h1S3mB0zlveX6-3JDg5b8LrBhQS1UM1NLREcwT05OSkRQVzdRM0k5NlRGV1E5WC4u

or

  1. You can type in your answers to the Word document or editable PDF and email it to us at to accessibility@nationaltransport.ie
    or
  2. You can print out the survey and return it to us by post.
